Chef David has a natural flair for creative flavor combinations and unique presentations. He spends numerous hours fine tuning all his recipes until ultimate flavor perfection is reached. Works for all of us!

Guess what? All our vessels have a licensed bar on board and each season our talented bar team creates a refreshing and energizing cocktail menu that will surely quench your thirst! From sweet to savory, light to full flavors we guarantee that there is something on the list for you.

We also have a selection of locally sourced beer along with some of the import faves. And lest, we should not forget about the wines! Our wine menu boasts a nice variety of whites, reds, rose and sparkling wines, oh my! Not in the mood for a cocktail not to worry, we also have a tasty selection of non-alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee.
